Everything else: quote first, then the quote is the invoice.
Home Care Plan, more than one visit a month, A/C service and repairs, Renovations and painting, Full property management are priced per job. Send photos on WhatsApp and we usually quote from them. Where a photo cannot show the real cause, damp in a ground floor room being the classic, we visit and check before quoting, because fixing the symptom without the source is money wasted. The approved quote is exactly what you are invoiced. That rule is the whole business.
