Owning a home in Esentepe.
Esentepe sits on the slopes east of Kyrenia, and in the last ten years it has grown from a quiet village into the centre of the coast's new developments. A large share of the homes here belong to overseas owners, which means a large share of them stand empty for months at a time.
The houses share a family of quirks we work on every week: roof water tanks and booster pumps that fail quietly over winter, sliding doors that come off their rails in the heat, damp that creeps in from December to March, and pools that cannot be left to look after themselves. Our office is on the Esentepe main road, so this is home ground.

Recent work in Esentepe

A new booster pump before the owners flew in
An owner messaged us a photo of a pump that had given up over winter, two weeks before they were due to arrive. Our team fitted a new pump and pressure switch, ran the system, and sent photos of it working the same day. The owners landed to a house with proper water pressure instead of a first-week emergency.
