What we look at on a visit
Small faults get expensive when nobody notices them. This is what we check, and photograph, every month.
- Taps run, the water tank and the pump
- Damp and mould in closed rooms
- The roof edge, gutters and anything a storm has moved
- The pool and garden from the outside, if you have them
- Doors, windows and shutters closed and secure
What is not included
- Repairs and cleaning: priced separately at our published prices, with your member discount.
- Paying your bills: a separate service. Ask us if you need it.
- Pool care and gardening: separate monthly services.
How to start
- 1Send us a WhatsApp with your village and the home.
- 2We will be in touch to confirm your plan and arrange your first visit.
- 3After each visit, you see the photos and notes in your owner portal.
